Pray for Sean Stone

I have just received word that Sean Stone, son of director Oliver Stone, has converted to Islam.

"The conversion to is not abandoning Christianity or Judaism..."  He said to the Agence France-Presse.  Actually, Mr. Stone, you have.

There is no equivalence between Christianity and Islam, and Mohammed was not a prophet of God.  The Gospel is a message of God's love for all men, such a love that He was willing to give us His only Begotten Son, so that we may have everlasting life.  The message of Mohammed was of a god who despises all who do not believe in him and who salivates at the prospect of sending the "infidels" to hellfire.  Jesus Christ healed the sick, raised the dead, and was the Prince of Peace.  Mohammed led raids to capture booty and slaves, killed those who disbelieved that he was a "prophet", preached that Jews and others should be fought and killed until they either were enslaved or accepted Islam, and kept several wives and sex slaves, including a nine-year-old girl named Aisha.

Mr. Stone has made a grave error.  Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven.  Please, pray for him.  He needs it now.

ICC: Islamists deliberately targeted Christians in deadly Nigerian attack

Another horror story coming from out of the Islamic world.  Yet more proof that Islam is far from the "Religion of Peace".

International Christian Concern (ICC) has discovered that the Nigerian Islamist group, Boko Haram, deliberately targeted Christians during a series of deadly bombings and killings in the northern Nigerian city of Damaturu.  According to the group, the terrorists responsible for the attacks asked their victims if they were Christian or Muslim, and if they answered that they were Christian, they were killed.

And yet the international press is painting this as an attack on the police force.  In a typical move for the MSM, they avoid mentioning this infomation, along with the fact that the majority of the 150 victims are Christian, and that 11 churches were bombed.  Why, if this is not anti-Christian violence, did Boko Haram not target police stations, instead of churches?  I suspect they would not have an answer, as it would force them to admit that maybe Islamic teachings calling for war and the death of non-Muslims play a role in the savage violence by Muslim groups.

But I'm not holding my breath.  We've been told the lie that all religions are equal too long, and some are completely unwilling to let it go.  As the old saying goes, I learned all I needed to know about Islam on 9/11.

FPM: Muslim Woman Seeks to Revive Institution of Sex-Slavery

Last week witnessed popular Muslim preacher Abu Ishaq al-Huwaini boast about how Islam allows Muslims to buy and sell conquered infidel women, so that “When I want a sex-slave, I go to the market and pick whichever female I desire and buy her.”
This week’s depraved anachronism comes from a Muslim woman—Salwa al-Mutairi, a political activist and former parliamentary candidate for Kuwait’s government, no less: She, too, seeks to “revive the institution of sex-slavery.”
A brief English report appeared over the weekend in the Kuwait Times (nothing, of course, in the MSM):

Muslim men who fear being seduced or tempted into immoral behavior by the beauty of their female servants, or even of those servants “casting spells” on them, would be better to purchase women from an “enslaved maid” agency for sexual purposes. She [Mutairi] suggested that special offices could be set up to provide concubines in the same way as domestic staff recruitment agencies currently provide housemaids. “We want our youth to be protected from adultery,” said al-Mutairi, suggesting that these maids could be brought as prisoners of war in war-stricken nations like Chechnya to be sold on later to devout merchants.

Canadian Council of Muslim Women opposes addition of honor killings to Criminal Code

Now wait a minute: the mainstream media has told us, whenever an honor killing has taken place in North America or Europe, that honor killing is a cultural practice that has nothing to do with Islam -- despite the fact that Muslims commit 91 percent of honor killings worldwide. What's more, a manual of Islamic law certified as a reliable guide to Sunni orthodoxy by Al-Azhar University, the most respected authority in Sunni Islam, says that "retaliation is obligatory against anyone who kills a human being purely intentionally and without right." However, "not subject to retaliation" is "a father or mother (or their fathers or mothers) for killing their offspring, or offspring's offspring." ('Umdat al-Salik o1.1-2).
In other words, someone who kills his child incurs no legal penalty under Islamic law. Nonetheless, the media drumbeat is constant: honor killings have nothing to do with Islam. And so if honor killings have nothing to do with Islam, why should the Canadian Council of Muslim Women think that a law against honor killing have anything to do with them?

OTTAWA -- The Canadian Council of Muslim Women opposes the addition of "honour killings" to the Criminal Code on the grounds "murder is murder" and a special category could stigmatize new immigrants and some ethnic or religious groups.... "We as an organization don't want the term honour killing used in Canada because it's making it exotic, something alien, and foreign, and people are using that as a rationale to understand the murders," said Alia Hogben, a social worker and executive director of the Canadian Council of Muslim Women, a national non-profit voluntary organization.
"Let's not go that route. A murder is a murder. Let's not separate us as new immigrants or ethnic groups from the rest of Canadian women. It doesn't matter which culture, which religion or which ethnic origin we come from, the same laws should apply to us."
Law professors Isabel Grant of the University of British Columbia, Debra Parkes of the University of Manitoba and Elizabeth Sheehy of the University of Ottawa all said the Criminal Code already contains tools to deal with "honour killings" and said it would be difficult to define it in law....
Sheehy said creation of a separate crime would embed in the law the erroneous notion that murders of wives and daughters only happens in minority groups.
"It would be racializing the crime to consider honour killing as a different form of murder," she said.
In response to public outrage, Grant said governments have a record of adding to the kinds of murders -- related to stalking, terrorism, and organized crime for example -- that must be considered first-degree murder.
But in this case she wondered how it would be defined.
"How would you draft one that wasn't discriminatory against certain ethnic communities?" she asked. "I think that would be really tricky."...

Why? What does this have to do with ethnicity at all? Islam is not a race, and in any case, an honor killing law doesn't have to make any mention of Islam at all. But I have an idea for how Canada can formulate an honor killing that doesn't "discriminate" against "certain ethnic communities." Syria recently scrapped a law limiting the length of sentences for honor killings, but "the new law says a man can still benefit from extenuating circumstances in crimes of passion or honour 'provided he serves a prison term of no less than two years in the case of killing.'" And in 2003 the Jordanian Parliament voted down on Islamic grounds a provision designed to stiffen penalties for honor killings. Al-Jazeera reported that "Islamists and conservatives said the laws violated religious traditions and would destroy families and values."
So Canadian lawmakers can simply study the Syrian and Jordanian laws that mandate relaxed penalties for honor killings as compared to other murders, and formulate their own honor killing law based on the definitions made in those legal codes as to what constitutes an honor killing.
And as a lagniappe, since the new Canadian law would be modeled after the Syrian and Jordanian codes, no one could legitimately charge Canada with "discriminating" against any particular "ethnic community" by legislating against honor killing.
Problem solved!

 Let's see, most victims of honor killings are women, usually teenage girls who become too Western and therefore insult their family's "honor", and yet we have a women's group opposing the addition of this abominable crime in the criminal code.

In February 2009, Aasiya Z. Hassan, a 37-year-old Muslim woman, was founded decapitated in Orchard Park, N.Y., a village near Buffalo. Her husband, Muzzammil Hassan, 44, admits that he beheaded his wife. Yet now, in a bizarre turn in the case, Muzzammil Hassan has claimed that he was the real victim in the case, driven to murder his wife after enduring years of her emotional and physical abuse.



The case stands as a classic example of the universal tendency on the part of Islamic supemacists and jihadists to blame everyone but themselves for what they have done.



In a larger sense, Muzzammil Hassan’s attempt to claim that he was actually the victim of the woman he beheaded is exactly like the jihadis blaming American foreign policy for the global jihad, and is related to the campaign to get the West to "stop linking Islam with terrorism."



Islamic jihadists link Islam with terrorism with consistency and religious fervor, but if a Western non-Muslim notices this, he is "hateful," "bigoted," "Islamophobic," "ignorant of Islam," etc. Never would the Muslims who accuse non-Muslims of "hate" for "linking Islam with terrorism" ever look to themselves, see the responsibility for the link as being within the Muslim community rather than outside it, and challenge those jihadists instead.



It is always someone else’s fault. In this case, according to the Buffalo News, “Hassan has never publicly denied killing his wife. Instead, he has suggested he will build his court defense on the grounds that as a long-abused spouse, he finally snapped and killed his wife in a desperate bid to end the psychological abuse inflicted upon him.” Hassan himself has claimed that “anytime I sought outside help, I got falsely accused of sexual misconduct or physical abuse—more than 12 police reports, each in response to my reaching out for help from counselors, my family or her family."



Poor lamb. Clearly the only option left open to him was to behead his wife.



It seems as if Muzzammil Hassan is an old hand at this kind of deception. He beheaded Aasiya in the offices of the Muslim cable channel, Bridges TV, which he founded. Muzzammil Hassan founded Bridges TV in 2004 to combat the negative perceptions of Muslims that he thought were dominating the mainstream media.



According to a Reuters story at the time, none other than Aasiya “came up with the idea.” It was all about depicting Muslims as moderate and peaceful. Muzzammil explained: “Some derogatory comments were being made about Muslims that offended her. She was seven-months pregnant, and she thought she didn’t want her kids growing up in this environment.”



Bridges TV originally declared that its intention was to “fuse American culture with the values of Islam in a healthy, family-oriented way.”



However, there were indications at the outset that it might not have been as moderate as many assumed. Bridges TV from the beginning had ties to the Council on American-Islamic Relations, an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas terror funding case, and Islamicity.com, which retails rabid anti-Semitic literature. In 2006 Arab News reported that Hassan was trying to raise money for the network from Saudi investors.



Government and law enforcement officials should have recognized these warning signs and paid more heed to Aasiya Hassan’s claims of abuse. The mainstream media should not have given Muzzammil Hassan credibility as a “moderate” Muslim without looking more deeply into his connections. And on a larger scale, the claims of groups like CAIR that have so many connections to terror groups and activities should no longer be taken at face value.



The stakes are simply too high. And the decapitated body of Aasiya Hassan will be just the beginning if these words are not needed, as they probably will not be.



Muzzammil Hassan is not a victim. Muzzammil Hassan is a murderer. Islamic jihadists worldwide are not victims of American foreign policy, or Israel’s, or of anything else. They are murderers. If the West doesn’t regain its moral clarity about this, it will not prevail against them.

Another shining example of the "religion of peace".
